Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions for multiple clients with precision.
  • Maintain general ledgers and reconcile bank and credit card accounts accurately.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and assist with monthly and quarterly closings.
  • Collaborate closely with CPAs and tax preparers to support client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding bookkeeping questions or document requests.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, supporting office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience; 8+ years preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
