Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement and enforce jobsite safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Coordinate daily construction operations, aligning activities with project plans.
- Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel, maintaining high productivity levels.
- Conduct regular owner walk-throughs, providing updates on project progress.
- Manage general conditions cost control, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout all construction phases.

Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in construction or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $3M in scope.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control methodologies.
- Experience with both new construction and complex renovation projects.
