Overview

  • Lead commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee all jobsite activities, fostering seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Manage large-scale projects, including new builds and complex renovations exceeding $3M.
  • Provide leadership to onsite teams, promoting productivity and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Monitor schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in construction processes and team management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement and enforce jobsite safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment.
  • Coordinate daily construction operations, aligning activities with project plans.
  • Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel, maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Conduct regular owner walk-throughs, providing updates on project progress.
  • Manage general conditions cost control, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout all construction phases.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to address challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in construction or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
  • Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $3M in scope.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Experience with both new construction and complex renovation projects.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and maintain client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
