Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial bridge and structured loans, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Direct workout strategies for underperforming or defaulted assets to maximize recovery.
  • Collaborate with external counsel, receivers, and brokers for effective asset management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial real estate credit platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in complex loan structures and risk assessment methodologies.
