Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial data and timely reporting.
  • Reconcile balance-sheet accounts and prepare supporting schedules using NetSuite.
  • Administer corporate credit card programs, ensuring compliance and accurate transaction posting.
  • Oversee disbursements, including accounts payable, commissions, and bonuses, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and post general ledger activities and adjusting journal entries aligned with GAAP standards.
  • Support tax filings and regulatory reporting, including sales, use, and property taxes.
  • Manage employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Optimize financial processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven problem-solving mindset and commitment to ethical conduct.
