Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing or related field from an accredited program.
  • Active RN license and Massachusetts Registration as Controlled Substances Practitioner.
  • US DEA License and current CPR certification are mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; psychiatric experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare technology systems.
  • Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and crisis management capabilities.
  • Understanding of standards and regulations for behavioral health inpatient services.
