Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within consumer goods or related industries.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and managing finance teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering presentations to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Hyperion or similar tools is preferred.
