Overview

  • Drive financial strategy and analysis for a leading consumer goods organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enhancing decision-making and organizational growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering skill development and professional advancement.
  • Develop and implement financial objectives for key accounts, supporting execution of market strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, maintaining integrity in reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems and processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and KPIs to leadership, driving informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze monthly financial results for national accounts, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct performance reviews of key accounts, ensuring alignment with annual financial targets and objectives.
  • Prepare financial data for strategic business reviews with distributor partners and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate forecasts and business plans, recommending adjustments to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Identify and address deviations from company policies, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate comprehensive finance reporting and analysis, consolidating inputs from various divisions.
  • Diagnose performance gaps and implement targeted initiatives to enhance financial results.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial practices and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within consumer goods or related industries.
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and managing finance teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering presentations to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as Hyperion or similar tools is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
  • Experience in the spirits or consumer products industry is highly desirable.
