Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and manage caregiver assignments to ensure optimal patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and resolve service issues to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance caregiver engagement and patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize scheduling software to manage assignments and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Provide support and resolution for caregiver concerns within the scope of authority.
  • Ensure compliance with health requirements, including physicals, immunizations, and training.
  • Contribute to a dynamic environment focused on service continuity and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assign caregivers to client cases based on availability, skills, and patient needs.
  • Manage schedules, including shift coverage and time-off requests, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitor caregiver attendance and address performance concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory health requirements for caregivers.
  • Address caregiver complaints and provide timely support and resolution.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure effective care coordination and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using scheduling software and tools.
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with scheduling software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective caregiver and client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills to address scheduling challenges and service interruptions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
