Overview

  • Lead and manage reporting and analysis teams to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee client reporting functions, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Mentor and guide team leads to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing escalations with professionalism.
  • Implement operational policies and controls to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with broader organizational strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with 15 years preferred, in reporting and analysis roles.
  • Proven leadership experience at the director level, managing teams and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products and technology applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging client issues effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for operational improvement.
