Senior Project Manager – Commercial/Municipal Construction

Overview

• Lead and manage commercial and municipal construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Manage project budgets, financials, and resource allocations effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial or municipal construction project management.
• Proven expertise in financial management and project budgeting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and oversee project operations effectively.
