Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee projects ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
  • Coordinate project execution, control, and completion within defined scope and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts and achieve project objectives.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams and assistant managers.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Obtain necessary permits and licenses for project execution.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project progress, quality assurance, and adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and process project submittals and resolve RFIs promptly.
  • Lead project meetings and represent organizational goals effectively.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools essential.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and conflict resolution is required.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and capable of managing assistant project managers.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
