Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage construction projects utilizing Job Order Contracting (JOC) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Job Order Contracting (JOC) work.
• Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving techniques.
