Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer prescribed treatments, vaccinations, and medications following physician directives and established protocols.
- Perform venipuncture, process laboratory specimens, and coordinate with external laboratories for diagnostic testing.
- Prepare patients for medical evaluations, including gathering patient histories and vital signs.
- Maintain accurate nursing logs and ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies.
- Handle specialty referrals, diagnostic imaging orders, and physician documentation with attention to detail.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory for eligibility.
- Active New York State LPN licensure and CPR certification for Healthcare Providers are required.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical nursing experience is preferred.
