Overview

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols during project execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and closure phases.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not mandatory.
