Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and document findings in client records promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary services to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including inoculations, with precision and care.
  • Monitor client adherence to treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of New York.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, with 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in administering injections and managing complex treatment plans.
  • Experience in HIV/AIDS care, substance use, or mental health is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate client records.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is preferred.
