  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance imaging quality and expand service capabilities across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with organizational objectives and long-term vision.
  • Oversee imaging operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, driving service expansion and technological advancements.
  • Manage departmental budgets with a focus on fiscal responsibility and cost-effective resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and execute imaging service strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize operational workflows for efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement risk management strategies.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and financial sustainability.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant certifications such as Registered Technologist (RT), CNMT, or RDMS are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in imaging services, with 7 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site healthcare operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong financial management and strategic planning skills to ensure departmental success.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, quality assurance standards, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
