Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in emergency services; 3 years preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve strong metrics and performance outcomes in emergency services.
- Experience managing high-volume emergency departments with a focus on operational excellence.
