Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fund managers, and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing fund operations and ensure compliance.
- Review NAV packages, capital events, and management fee calculations with precision.
- Monitor cash positions, liquidity, and manage cash reserves effectively.
- Execute accounts payable and expense allocation processes with attention to detail.
- Maintain and update investor and investment data using proprietary technology tools.
- Define, update, and enforce operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with custodians, banks, and counterparties to facilitate operational success.
- Contribute to team initiatives and address ad-hoc requests as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Entry-level position with a preference for candidates with 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting and financial reporting processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and proprietary technology tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage cash positions and reconcile accounts effectively.
