K-12 Senior Project Manager

Overview

• Lead the planning and execution of innovative K-12 architectural projects, creating impactful educational environments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the design and construction phases of K-12 architectural projects, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation, including presentations and construction documents.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Refine design concepts to meet educational, aesthetic, and functional objectives.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in K-12 building design; 15 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Preferred experience with Newforma Project Center, SketchUp, and MS Office 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
