Overview

  • Support admissions operations during a critical period, ensuring smooth workflow management and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide governance for financial aid offers, scholarship tracking, and waitlist management to align with enrollment goals.
  • Collaborate with academic leadership to facilitate timely review and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate enrollment activities influencing onboarding, course registration, and student experience.
  • Oversee admissions reporting and KPI tracking to monitor cycle health and support operational adjustments.
  • Ensure admissions records and communications align with institutional standards for accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Provide senior oversight of applicant advising, issue escalation, and complex case management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage application workflow, file completion, review routing, and decision processing.
  • Ensure cycle timelines and service standards are maintained across programs with varying requirements.
  • Govern release of funded offers and scholarship reconciliation using yield trends and response data.
  • Support academic leadership in review and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate enrollment execution activities to enhance student onboarding and registration readiness.
  • Monitor admissions reporting and KPI tracking to support program-level planning.
  • Ensure admissions records are documented accurately and consistently for audit readiness.
  • Provide applicant support and manage complex cases to maintain service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of admissions experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in admissions operations, including application workflow and decision processing.
  • Experience with financial aid offer management and scholarship tracking.
  • Strong skills in data stewardship and institutional risk management.
  • Ability to oversee admissions reporting and KPI tracking effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for applicant support.
  • Familiarity with higher education admissions processes and standards.
