Overview

  • Lead clinical operations to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare setting.
  • Provide direct patient care while managing clinical outcomes and fostering team collaboration and development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and enhance center performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage in recruitment and training to build a skilled and motivated clinical team.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold high standards of care delivery and operational integrity.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to clinical strategy and organizational planning.
  • Promote membership growth through innovative approaches and patient engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and mentor primary care providers to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for diverse medical conditions.
  • Lead clinical meetings to align team objectives and enhance care delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate with transitional care teams to support patients with complex healthcare needs.
  • Drive recruitment efforts to expand the patient base and clinical staff capabilities.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvements to elevate patient satisfaction and care quality.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active state licensure.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; 10 years preferred for senior-level expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare applications for operational management.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide clinical staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities for operational management and strategic planning.
