Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the primary Workday functional expert, ensuring system optimization and seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Lead the design, testing, and deployment of Workday processes, security, and reporting functionalities.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for system issues and user inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain custom Workday reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance through proactive monitoring and auditing practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new Workday features, creating deployment strategies for enhancements.
  • Create and deliver training materials to empower end-users and functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Configure and optimize Workday modules, including Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and design efficient Workday solutions to address business needs.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 production support, resolving complex system errors and user inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Document configuration changes and manage them through a structured change management process.
  • Monitor and audit Workday data to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Evaluate and deploy new Workday features, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Workday functionalities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support.
  • Expertise in core Workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Proficiency in developing complex Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred Workday Pro certification in relevant functional areas.
  • Experience with Workday integration technologies and troubleshooting.
