Overview
- Serve as the primary Workday functional expert, ensuring system optimization and seamless operations.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead the design, testing, and deployment of Workday processes, security, and reporting functionalities.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for system issues and user inquiries.
- Develop and maintain custom Workday reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Configure and optimize Workday modules, including Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.
- Conduct requirements analysis and design efficient Workday solutions to address business needs.
- Provide Tier 2/3 production support, resolving complex system errors and user inquiries.
- Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
- Document configuration changes and manage them through a structured change management process.
- Monitor and audit Workday data to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Evaluate and deploy new Workday features, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Workday functionalities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support.
- Expertise in core Workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in developing complex Workday reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred Workday Pro certification in relevant functional areas.
