Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in emergency services leadership; 3 years preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance metrics and operational goals effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing high-volume emergency departments is highly desirable.
