KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in structured training programs to gain recruitment and sales expertise.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and ATS systems to identify and engage top talent.
• Analyze candidate profiles to match specialized skills with client needs.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
• Proficiency in using technology and interest in AI-driven recruitment tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to hybrid work schedules and maintaining productivity.
