Job Description

Overview

  • Provide HR support for a dynamic organization, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing and compliance with immigration and employment regulations.
  • Utilize Workday for HR data management, reporting, and system optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving workplace satisfaction.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, including system implementations and special projects, driving organizational improvements.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, resolving inquiries effectively and ensuring compliance.
  • Support general HR administration tasks, including unemployment claims and employment verifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll activities, including data entry and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Support immigration processes, ensuring compliance and proper documentation management.
  • Participate in performance management and compensation reviews, providing actionable insights.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, aligning them with organizational objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with 5 years preferred for optimal expertise.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday, is essential for the role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, time management, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing HR operations effectively.
  • Ability to analyze employee data and provide actionable insights to improve operations.
  • Experience with hybrid work arrangements and adaptability to onsite requirements.
