Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee valuation processes for structured and private credit assets, ensuring methodological compliance.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to align models and assumptions with strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement tools for portfolio analytics and performance reporting automation.
  • Conduct stress testing and exposure monitoring to strengthen risk management practices.
  • Coordinate with accounting teams to reconcile NAVs and performance metrics accurately.
  • Prepare comprehensive materials for Valuation Committee meetings, documenting methodologies.
  • Support the creation and documentation of valuation policies and internal controls.
  • Participate in firmwide risk processes and contribute to ESG enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in asset management, private credit, or valuation advisory.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and process automation.
  • Experience with valuation systems such as iHS Markit, Advent Geneva, or IVP.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Direct experience with third-party valuation providers and fund administrators.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting valuation concepts to stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented mindset with proactive project management capabilities.
