Junior Architect

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural plans and designs using Revit software, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with interior designers to integrate architectural and interior elements seamlessly.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address design challenges.
• Prepare detailed documentation and presentations for client review and approval.
• Assist in the selection of materials and finishes to align with design objectives.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate creative design solutions.
• Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design; 3+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for architectural planning and documentation.
• Experience in hospitality design or related architectural fields is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
