Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform complex reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts, including intercompany transactions.
- Review and approve accounting functions for quality control and compliance.
- Manage client billing processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports with precision.
- Assist in preparing schedules and analyses for external audits and tax returns.
- Prepare internal financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
- Identify and resolve complex accounting problems, recommending process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems; Netsuite is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
