Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Perform complex reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts, including intercompany transactions.
• Review and approve accounting functions for quality control and compliance.
• Manage client billing processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reports with precision.
• Assist in preparing schedules and analyses for external audits and tax returns.
• Prepare internal financial statements and management reports for decision-making.
• Identify and resolve complex accounting problems, recommending process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems; Netsuite is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
