Overview

  • Collaborate with underwriting teams and managers to develop effective client proposals and close high-value contracts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends to enhance competitive edge and market expansion.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, brokers, and insurance partners to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present strategic sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance space.
  • Uphold company values and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing insurance sales operations.
  • Build a motivating work environment that encourages innovation and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate new business leads and promote various insurance products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and distribution plans to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Existing network within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
