Job Description

Overview

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive market expansion for A&H insurance products.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams and managers to nurture stakeholder relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities to enhance competitive edge and expand market presence.
  • Prepare strategic sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and seamless communication.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical standards in all sales operations.
  • Promote a positive work environment fostering teamwork, innovation, and customer-centric approaches.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate new business leads and build relationships to promote A&H insurance products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and distribution plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends to enhance competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop client proposals and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Claims and Marketing to align business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting insurance sales.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Existing network and contacts within the insurance industry are highly desirable.
