Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural teams to achieve design excellence and meet client objectives effectively.
• Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration.
• Supervise the production of technical documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables and outcomes.
• Oversee construction phase services, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
• Sign and seal architectural drawings as a licensed architect, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior management to optimize project financial performance and resource allocation.
• Contribute to the development of innovative architectural solutions for public and civic spaces.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, with 15 years preferred for senior-level expertise.
• Licensed architect capable of signing and sealing drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Proven expertise in Justice, Civic, or Public architectural projects is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and supervise project teams effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration, client engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of construction phase services and quality assurance processes to ensure project success.
• Ability to manage project deliverables and ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
