Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee laboratory activities to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance with healthcare standards.

• Monitor laboratory operations to ensure accurate results, efficient workflows, and patient satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and industry standards, maintaining accreditation and regulatory readiness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field is required.
• State Medical Technologist license and ASCP registration are mandatory for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care laboratory supervisory experience; 5 years preferred for optimal performance.
• Proven leadership skills in managing laboratory operations and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory services including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to align laboratory operations with strategic goals.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize laboratory performance.
