Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive pediatric care plans and initiatives.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including OPWDD guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in pediatrics and OPWDD settings.
  • Strong knowledge of OPWDD standards and pediatric care practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage interdisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure program success.
  • Experience in program development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving program goals.
  • Open to candidates with RN, PT, or OT qualifications.
