Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in pediatrics and OPWDD settings.
- Strong knowledge of OPWDD standards and pediatric care practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage interdisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure program success.
- Experience in program development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving program goals.
- Open to candidates with RN, PT, or OT qualifications.
