Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required; certifications in healthcare management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in certified home healthcare and management roles.
- Strong knowledge of intake processes and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, adhering to organizational schedules.
- Open to Registered Nurse (RN) candidates with relevant experience.
- Experience in virtual and in-person interview processes with two-step evaluations.
