Overview

  • Contribute to financial excellence by leading reporting and analysis initiatives within a dynamic organization.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and review regulatory filings, including financial statements and disclosures, adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation to support internal controls and compliance processes.
  • Engage in projects aimed at improving financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial analyses to support management decisions.
  • Prepare regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Conduct flux analysis to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across various markets.
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews and year-end audits with external auditors.
  • Enhance internal controls documentation to align with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to streamline financial reporting processes and system efficiencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance/accounting.
  • CPA certification and SEC reporting experience are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial tools such as Workiva and Workday is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
