Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of case management staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and patient satisfaction.

  • Facilitate multidisciplinary rounds, providing education and resolving escalated issues effectively.
  • Participate in complex case discussions, offering solutions for challenging patient scenarios and care plans.
  • Manage departmental operations, including recruitment, scheduling, and budget oversight, ensuring efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of psychosocial services to patients and families during and after business hours.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management or a related leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage departmental operations and staff effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of healthcare systems and protocols.
