Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide comprehensive desktop support in a Windows-based environment, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage ticketing systems, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of user requests.
• Collaborate with external MSPs to oversee desktop support, phone systems, and cybersecurity projects.
• Execute IT projects with precision, ensuring collaboration and adherence to timelines.
• Support networking and server provisioning tasks, ensuring system reliability and robust security measures.
• Utilize Powershell scripting to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
• Engage with infrastructure vendors to procure and manage hardware resources effectively.
• Assist development teams in maintaining optimal infrastructure and account access configurations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support within a Windows-based environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, O365 applications, and on-premises Active Directory.
• Experience with networking, server provisioning, and cloud-based tools.
• Knowledge of Powershell scripting, SharePoint, SQL, and AWS is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage collaborative IT projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
