Overview

Lead preconstruction efforts for diverse projects, including manufacturing facilities, corporate offices, logistics centers, and churches.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate project estimates and schedules.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Develop comprehensive project budgets and schedules during preconstruction phases.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction management; 15 years preferred.
Proven expertise in tilt-wall construction and project estimation.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
