Overview

  • Lead preconstruction efforts for diverse projects, including manufacturing facilities, corporate offices, logistics centers, and churches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate project estimates and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during preconstruction phases.
  • Drive innovation in tilt-wall construction techniques and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project budgets and schedules during preconstruction phases.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure constructability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze project requirements and provide strategic recommendations for execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive bids.
  • Monitor preconstruction activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in tilt-wall construction and project estimation.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
