Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple commercial construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Utilize advanced project management tools and techniques to optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for complex construction challenges.
• Promote teamwork and transparency within the project team and organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
• Support the team in achieving high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred 10 years of experience in construction project management.
