Overview

  • Lead the Private Client Services team, focusing on compliance, consulting, and client relationship management.
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining high-quality service for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform partner-level compliance reviews and approve tax returns for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Lead consultations on tax planning opportunities and legislative changes.
  • Develop and present proposals to acquire new clients and expand the firm’s business.
  • Supervise client engagements, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate senior staff to foster professional development.
  • Oversee special projects and firm initiatives to drive strategic goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and tax issues to provide expert guidance to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or related field is required.
  • CPA or JD certification is mandatory for this position.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive tax experience, focusing on compliance and consulting.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and training staff.
  • Proven track record in acquiring clients and expanding a book of business.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations affecting high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
