Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Lead consultations on tax planning opportunities and legislative changes.
- Develop and present proposals to acquire new clients and expand the firm’s business.
- Supervise client engagements, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate senior staff to foster professional development.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or related field is required.
- CPA or JD certification is mandatory for this position.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive tax experience, focusing on compliance and consulting.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and training staff.
- Proven track record in acquiring clients and expanding a book of business.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations affecting high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire teams.
