Overview

  • Lead clinical operations and supervise primary care physicians in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Provide direct patient care alongside leadership responsibilities to enhance clinical quality and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to improve center performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage in recruiting and training initiatives to build a strong clinical team.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive clinical-operations synergy and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings to drive continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Support center management in achieving operational and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Supervise and mentor primary care physicians to achieve clinical excellence.
  • Lead clinical meetings and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance center performance and membership growth.
  • Engage in recruitment and training of clinical staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities.
  • Promote patient engagement and satisfaction through effective care coordination.
  • Participate in regional and national training programs as required.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active state licensure.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare documentation systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide clinical teams.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
  • Commitment to maintaining board certification and continuing medical education.
