Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Supervise and mentor primary care physicians to achieve clinical excellence.
- Lead clinical meetings and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance center performance and membership growth.
- Engage in recruitment and training of clinical staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Promote patient engagement and satisfaction through effective care coordination.
- Participate in regional and national training programs as required.
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active state licensure.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare documentation systems.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide clinical teams.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
- Commitment to maintaining board certification and continuing medical education.
