Endpoint Engineer

Overview

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and optimization of Windows 11 OS, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage and support iOS mobile devices and third-party applications in enterprise environments.
• Utilize SCCM and Intune for endpoint management, deployment, and security.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows for system updates and application packaging.
• Collaborate with teams to enforce endpoint security policies and optimize performance.
• Create and deploy customized Windows OS images and drivers across supported platforms.
• Stay updated with technology trends to ensure best practices in endpoint management.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and provide training materials for team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform root cause analysis for technical issues related to endpoints and applications.
• Design and implement endpoint management solutions using SCCM and Intune.
• Collaborate on defining and enforcing security policies for endpoint environments.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline endpoint management tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues to ensure user productivity.
• Manage Group Policy objects for Windows 11 and Office 365 environments.
• Maintain antivirus client and policy management tools for secure endpoints.
• Create documentation for endpoint management processes and training purposes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in endpoint engineering; 15 years preferred.
• Expertise in Windows 11 OS, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM, and Intune.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
• Experience with antivirus tools and Group Policy management.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals in a hybrid environment.
