Overview
- Collaborate with various departments to manage and respond to client reporting, RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in maintaining consultant and third-party databases with firm-level data.
- Develop strategic proposal content and investment process language with subject matter experts.
- Assist in creating and editing marketing and client service collateral materials.
- Work in a hybrid environment requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare, write, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client data requests.
- Maintain and update responses in the RFP database and ensure content accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the RFP process and develop strategic content.
- Edit peer RFPs and DDQs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Update consultant databases with accurate and timely product and firm-level data.
- Liaise with Sales, Product Management, Compliance, and other departments to meet client needs.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining marketing and client service materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or RFP within the asset management industry.
- Proficiency with RFP platforms like RocketDocs and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of investment concepts and fund structures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical information into client-ready messaging.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with consultant databases like eVestment.
