- Perform daily backup operations, verifying data integrity and availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing Windows environments; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, Linux system administration, and scripting.
- Knowledge of storage management, system monitoring, and patch management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create technical documentation.
- Flexibility to work early shifts starting at 5:00 AM.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent work authorization is mandatory.
- Experience in virtualization technologies and ITIL compliance is advantageous.
