Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion to meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee on-site operations, providing leadership and maintaining adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects in various sectors, including interiors, retail, and office spaces.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project goals.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, architects, and project teams to ensure alignment and progress.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing interiors, retail, and office construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
