Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary liaison for development teams, ensuring coordinated donor cultivation efforts.
  • Track donor activity and provide strategic recommendations for progression.
  • Facilitate prospect management meetings and update CRM systems to reflect changes.
  • Monitor prospect pools and ensure effective outreach and distribution strategies.
  • Collaborate with gift officers to analyze prospect activity and enable informed actions.
  • Lead initiatives to translate strategic goals into actionable workflows and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business or analytics.
  • 4-6 years of experience in prospect management, development operations, or fundraising analytics.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM) and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Experience implementing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and managing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
