Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft and refine architectural designs using advanced CAD software and physical tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet project goals and specifications.
• Conduct research to ensure compliance with safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Coordinate with professionals across departments to align project details and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Successful completion of ARE testing and NCARB licensure essential.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural drafting and design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and physical drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and create detailed structural designs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
