Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgetary goals.
  • Coordinate preconstruction activities, including resource planning and stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in multifamily construction projects; 10+ years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software for scheduling and documentation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team oversight and mentorship.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and work in a hybrid environment.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects effectively.
