Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and organizational objectives effectively.
  • Manage resources and budgets to optimize outcomes and minimize project costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively to ensure successful completion.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative construction practices and solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve project-related issues effectively.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and clients, ensuring transparency.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure consistent adherence to quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent education in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up and interior construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools for efficient project tracking.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts constructively.
