Overview

  • Lead AI initiatives, focusing on applied AI and agentic systems development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Design, deploy, and manage LLM-based products for business and investment workflows.
  • Architect agentic AI systems to enhance research, trading, and operational decision-making.
  • Develop secure integrations connecting AI agents with enterprise data and services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define technical vision and roadmap for AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, quants, and business teams to prioritize AI projects.
  • Design and deploy LLM-based solutions for specific workflows and general AI capabilities.
  • Implement agentic AI systems for multi-step reasoning and decision-making augmentation.
  • Develop and operate integration layers for secure communication between AI agents and enterprise systems.
  • Conduct rapid prototyping and applied AI research to transition concepts to production.
  • Establish standards for responsible AI usage in production environments.
  • Monitor and iterate AI systems in live environments for optimal performance.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and researchers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building and deploying production AI systems.
  • Proficiency in Python engineering, including object-oriented design and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol servers and secure integrations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members effectively.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning in AI advancements.
  • Preferred advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in relevant fields.
