Overview
- Contribute to a dynamic team as a Recruiter, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to identify and attract top talent.
- Support onsite engagement and branding events, including job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Work in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling options to balance work and personal commitments.
- Assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter in managing global opportunities and ensuring seamless recruitment processes.
- Pivot focus as required to meet organizational needs and recruitment priorities.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 15 requisitions at a time, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and participate in local job fairs, college fairs, and campus recruiting events to attract talent.
- Provide excellent follow-up and maintain a strong sense of urgency in all recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
- Support branding and engagement initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and appeal to prospective candidates.
- Adapt to changing priorities and pivot focus as needed to address organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in recruitment or HR are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; 5 years preferred.
- Background in manufacturing recruitment is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to pivot focus and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
- Experience supporting onsite engagement and branding events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
